Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer hassle-free returns that are requested within 30 days of your order being delivered. We are motivated to make it right and make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order!
All returned products must be in their original condition. Please email support@phoebecuy.net to initiate the return process. To minimize the risk of returns, we recommend viewing our Sizing Chart before placing your order.
Where do I send my return items?
Once you’ve initiated the return process by emailing support@phoebecuy.net and we approve the return, we will provide you with detailed return instructions including the return address.
Please note that return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Once you’ve shipped your return items, please notify us via email with tracking information. Thank you!
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We can usually get your order out the door within 2-3 business days! Still, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process and fulfill your order prior to shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! The cost of shipping will vary depending on your order weight and order destination. International shipping typically takes between 7-21 business days to arrive outside of the U.S. Please note that exact shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
International countries have a duty fee that applies to all imported items. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.
My order is being held in customs. When will I receive it?
All international orders must go through customs in their destination country before being handed to local couriers or delivery companies. This process varies between countries and may take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to complete.
How can I track my order?
