When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 6 to 11 business days from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. International orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs regulations in your country. Order Modifications:
I accidentally selected the wrong item, can it be exchanged?
Please contact us as soon as you realize the mistake. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to deliver your product promptly, so act quickly!
I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately if you realize you've made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, we can make the change. Otherwise, we may need to wait until the item is returned to us.
Returns and Refunds:
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].
What happens if the item was ‘Returned to Sender'?
If your order is marked as ‘undeliverable' and returned to us, we will reship the package to you at no additional cost.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost. The damaged item does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the item due to stock issues, we will refund you or send you a similar item of your choice.
What if my item is damaged after washing?
We strongly recommend following the washing instructions found on the packaging slip of your item. Designs are intended to withstand multiple proper washes. Designs are not intended to withstand misuse. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?
If this occurs, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you and cover all costs to ensure you receive the correct item. We will send you a replacement item and cover the shipping to return the incorrect one to us. We are human and mistakes happen. We will make sure to rectify the issue promptly!
